Liquid Yoga is an initiative from Liquid Dive Adventures to offer Yoga to divers, surfers and other visitors to Tofo. Liquid Yoga offers various Yoga styles and these classes are taught by certified and experienced and instructors.
Yoga is a practice that uses gentle physical postures, breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and meditation to promote a healthy body, encourage a calm mind and it creates more awareness and a peaceful state of being.
